Felt Soles Take Another Hit

Word has it that Vermont may join Alaska and ban felt soled wading boots next year. A bill has been proposed in the legislature. Let's also ban bird migration and travel/flight. Those pesky fellas never wash up when they move from one watershed to the next. Slobs.
